DRACAENA.  Various forms with ribbon-like, sword-like, or corn-like leaves, some variegated or striped with red, purple, or white.


EUPHORBIA milii (E. splendens) CROWN OF THORNS.  Sparse leaves on very thorny, woody stems, with clusters of red or pink bracts.


EVOLVUS glomeratus  BLUE DAZE.  Trailing stems with gray green leaves, and small bright blue morning glory-like flowers.


FICUS.  FIGS.  Various varieties, edible and decorative.


GAMOLEPIS  BUSH DAISY.  Shrub with feathery foliage, and bright yellow flowers.


GARDENIA jasiminoides  (G. augusta) GARDENIA.  Shrub with dark green, shiny leaves, and very fragrant white flowers, mostly double.


HELICONIA.  Various banana-like plants, with beautiful flowers, in colors of yellow, red, orange, and white.


HIBISCUS rosa-sinensis  CHINESE or TROPICAL HIBISCUS.  Very showy flowering shrub.  Flowers in a multitude of colors and combinations of colors.

IXORA coccinea  JUNGLE FLAME.  Shrub with shiny, leathery leaves, and large clusters of small flowers in yellow, orange, pink, or red.


JATROPHA hastata.  Small shrub with fiddle shaped leaves, and clusters of scarlet flowers.


LANTANA hybrids.  Shrub, or spreading varieties,with toothed leaves, and clusters of small flowers in many colors, or combinations.


MANDEVILLA splendens.  Aggressively twining vine with large glossy leaves, and many large flowers, usually pink, or white.

MUSA  BANANA.  Various varieties, edible and ornamental.  Large, tropical looking, with leaves 4 to 20 feet long.


MUSSAENDA.  Shrub, to 6 feet, with showy bracts of white, pink, or red surrounding small yellow flowers.


NERIUM oleander.  Shrub, or small tree, with narrow green leaves, about four inches, and clusters of 2 to 3 inch flowers, single or double, in various colors.
